Learning and Development Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning and Development Coordinator to join our corporate division at UGL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering corporate programs, employee inductions, and other training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the training calendar for corporate programs, including Program One (Leading Teams and Leading Managers), Diploma of Project Management, Emerging Female Leaders, and more.
- Oversee venues, trainers, materials, participants, and related logistics, including intercompany recharges.
- Coordinate the corporate onboarding calendar, including monthly inductions and webinars with the Managing Director.
- Ensure all new starters complete induction programs, including online and face-to-face inductions. Manage registration, invitations, and attendance.
- Provide first-level support for online Learning Systems.
- Monitor the L&D team inbox and handle queries.
- Support ad-hoc projects for the L&D and corporate P&C team.
We are looking for a candidate with experience in coordinating learning programs, or a background in P&C/HR coordination or events coordination for a large organization. You should be highly organized, with a strong focus on task and process management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to build positive working relationships with all stakeholders.
