**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate accreditation and quality review reviews
- Maintain policies and procedures ensuring they are current and updated
- Manage all change, approval and document control processes
- Database compliance of all quality documentation and policies
- Identify hazards and recommend improvements
- Provide reporting and analysis
- Maintain QMS and Audit process
- Coordinate and conduct safety, risk and compliance training for all staff
**Key Criteria**:
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience working in fmcg, logistics and transport highly regarded
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good working knowledge of quality and manufacturing standards including HACCP, WQS, Coles and Halal
- Excellent ability to build relationships, coach and mentor staff to achieve compliance in the workplace
- Proactive team player, great communication skills and database management ability
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications
