**What is the role?**

Your purpose? To create a memorable impression for CoreLogic’s customers, knowing that we are enthusiastic about providing them the very best service experience possible and they look forward to talking to us again.

**What will you be doing?**
- Capture customer requests, issues and complaints provided through various channels and populate the request in the appropriate tracking tool.
- Liaise with client’s Marketing and Sales teams to ensure consistent customer experience and understanding of client requirements
- Assign and track customer issues through the issue life cycle until the issue is resolved
- Identify and escalate deployment issues for resolution
- Create a world-class user experience to drive customer value
- Act as a ‘voice of the user’ across the broader business

**Job Qualifications**:
**What credentials do you need?**
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain things effectively and constructively in a way which is easily understood by others
- Computer literate with Microsoft products
- Ability to learn quickly and navigate custom in-house systems
- An ability to understand customer requirements and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
