**Job Overview**

As a Part-Time Social Media Content Manager at KAAIAA, you will be responsible for creating and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and foster community engagement. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our content is aligned with our brand values and business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Content Creation
- Develop engaging and on-brand content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
- Produce high-quality multimedia content including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Strategy Development
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
- Define key social media KPIs and track performance.
- Community Engagement
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage online conversations.
- Foster a sense of community and support among our followers.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to ensure cohesive branding.
- Coordinate with external influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Analytics and Reporting
- Analyze social media metrics to track success and identify areas for improvement.
- Generate monthly reports on social media performance.

**Requirements**:

- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Skills
- Excellent knowledge of social media best practices.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail.
