**What You Will Be Doing**
- Ensuring personal and partner safety at all times.
- Supporting our growing customer base by accurately interpreting complicated parts enquiries and managing these queries through ERP software.
- Creating detailed parts quotations and/or related detailed customer feedback communication whilst assisting with emergency orders when required according to priority rating.
- Providing support to other TBE parts teams across Australia.
- Constructively contributing to business improvements by updating systems and participating in new system learning.

**The Person We Are Looking For Will Have**
- Experience in the heavy machinery industry or a related trade.
- Exceptional customer service skills and high attention to detail.
- Strong computer proficiency and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivation and a team-oriented mindset.
- A willingness to learn new systems and suggest process improvements.
