**About the role**

Reporting to the Chief Inspector, this role will support the Mine Safety Inspectorate by:

- providing administrative support to the four Engineering teams based in Maitland
- supporting administration of the Resources Regulator vehicle fleet
- providing administration of authorisations, uniform and PPE ordering and procurement for the Resources Regulator

**About you**

The successful applicant will have:

- Experience in the provision of administration and business support services and systems
- The ability to work independently and be able to demonstrate initiative and adaptability when dealing with sudden changes in priorities

Compliance with pre-employment probity screening is mandatory and a condition of engagement.
