We are excited to give a highly passionate People & Culture Advisor the opportunity to join the People, Culture & Team at ACH Group.

**What you'll do**:
You will support the Culture and Development Lead collaborating with a range of internal customers to co-design and deliver organisational initiatives that contribute to ACH Group along with:

- Co-design and drive the Reward and Recognition & Wellbeing programs
- Support ACH Group initiatives that will increase the effectiveness of People Leaders
- Provide support to the Culture and Development Lead
- Support roll-out of annual Culture Survey and cascaded action plans
- Support the design and delivery of the ACH Group Way leadership program that is aligned to the competency framework.
- Contribute to the developing programs and initiatives aimed at building overall organisational capability
- And much more

**You will need**:

- To care about supporting older people to live a Good Life.
- Min 1 years experience as a Human Resources generalist or Human Resources administrator/ Advisor
- Desire and agility to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively engage with a wide variety of people
- Time management skills
- In tune with current people and culture practices and trends
- Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle
- Flu & up to date COVID-19 vaccinations

**It would be helpful if you had**:

- A **CURRENT **Police Check for unsupervised contact / vulnerable groups less than 12 months old

ACH Group is a not-for-profit organisation in the Health Care Sector. This means that you can salary package up to $15,900 per annum for living expenses and $2,650 for meals/entertainment to reduce your tax. We also offer a range of perks through our Employee Benefits Program (eg. discounted private health).
