**Job Summary and Job Duties**:
As an HSE Advisor, you will play a crucial role in promoting and ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental practices on site.
- This HSE Advisor role is based in Kwinana Beach, and you’ll be required full-time on-site.
- As the HSE Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting and advising the management team and employees on all aspects of Work Health and Safety (WHS).
- In this role, the HSE Advisor will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on compliance with WHS legislation, implementing and maintaining the HSE management system, and conducting HSE audits, investigations, and training.

**About you**:

- Must have Civil Construction Industry experience.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in work health and safety legislation, HSE management systems, and risk management principles.
- Demonstrated experience in providing HSE support and advice to management and employees.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Cert IV/Diploma or higher qualification in Work Health and Safety or a related field
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment is desirable
