Being part of transformational change at Uniting, as a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will help us embed a newly endorsed People and Culture function that is responsible for ensuring that Uniting has the right Talent at the right time with the right skills for the right purpose. You’ll help build the Workforce Value Proposition and use this to amplify our Employer Brand to an external and internal talent market. You will also provide a competitive edge in finding and attracting talent using multiple advertising platforms and resources.

How you’ll make positive impact:

- Provide a tailored, supportive, individual, and positive hiring manager and Talent experience across the recruitment lifecycle
- Support Hiring Managers to deliver a tailored, positive, and timely Talent experience through providing advice, coaching, and guidance through the recruitment lifecycle
- Support in the creation, development, and ongoing delivery of Recruitment training to build Hiring Manager capability and create a Talent Acquisition culture
- Monitor progress of recruitment workflow activity to ensure timely Talent outcomes and a positive Talent experience

**What’s on offer**:
A **hybrid** role where you can flex your time between any Uniting site and home. Corporate office is Lonsdale Street, Melbourne and it will be great if you can spend some time there as we build the function.

Work with a supportive, inclusive and empathetic leader who will provide you the **autonomy** and **space** to be creative and contribute to the building of the function.

In addition to a **~$90k **salary and superannuation, you’ll also receive **17.5% leave loading** and access to the full **$15,900 salary packaging** benefits. There is also an option for additional **purchased** **leave** to increase your annual leave entitlements.

**About you**:
You’ll also bring with you:

- Demonstrated success in Talent Acquisition partnerships
- Successful operational and or transactional recruitment experience
- Experience in market mapping, benchmarking, talent mapping and the development of market intel
- Capability to prepare Talent Acquisition reports including insight creation
