Presbyterian Ladies' College (PLC) Melbourne is a leading ELC-Year 12 Christian independent school for girls offering both the VCE and International Baccalaureate.

**THE ROLE**

This is a full-time fixed-term role (initially 4 weeks), commencing the first week of August 2023.

We are keen to engage a HR professional and leader, to provide operational support to our team and the College, during this very busy, dynamic time of year in the School calendar.

Our team services around 600 College staff (full-time, part-time and casual).

We are a warm, highly collaborative, purpose-driven team who make it an important part of our day to share fun.

This role will see you responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the team, providing timely and accurate HR advice to stakeholders across the College, award and policy interpretation, supporting induction and probation processes, as well as data analysis and reporting.

**ABOUT YOU**

You will be a senior HR professional with 5+ years’ experience in a Senior Business Partner / Manager role.

Ideally you will have experience in an education or similar setting, where ‘community focus’ is at the heart of your professional duty.

You will have excellent day-to-day operational skills, sound HR advisory skills (with confidence in supporting ER / IR issues), a positive and proactive customer service approach, and a continuous improvement mindset.

You thrive in a role where no day is the same and have the ability to pivot between tasks, offering a timely, seamless and considered approach to stakeholders at all levels of the College.
