PLC is a leading ELC to Year 12 Christian independent day and boarding school with a focus on the development of the whole person that includes an outstanding academic tradition, an international outlook and strong pastoral and co-curricular programs.

**The Role**

A great opportunity for an individual to develop their HR skills within the wonderful world of education, where the work you do directly impacts the outcomes of tomorrow’s generation.

On offer is a full-time, fixed-term, parental leave replacement position commencing in late April, including a dedicated handover period with the current incumbent to ensure your seamless transition into the role.

The role is onsite at our easy access, picturesque campus in Burwood, with free parking and access to a range of high-quality school spaces and resources (including the school canteen and barista-made coffee)

You will enjoy a role that includes administering and coordinating a range of cyclical HR activities, generating a variety of HR employee correspondence, database maintenance and reporting, and providing practical HR advice and support to staff of the College.

You will report directly to the HR Manager, who is a warm, welcoming and trusting individual, ready to guide and support you on your journey in this role.
