A highly regarded Design and Engineering firm specialising in advisory services and strategic outcomes across infrastructure and environmental services. With a strong local presence, they are experiencing a steady growth phase as the company continues to exceed their client’s expectations delivering projects safely, on time and to the highest standard.
A unique role that is as broad and diverse as you want it to be, you will be supporting an honest and approachable Director and Associate Director across diary management, office coordination and proposals. You will be joining a self-driven and down to earth culture where using initiative and integrity are promoted under the leadership of a highly respected management team who leads from the front with a grounded approach.
Responsibilities include:
- Marketing, bid coordination and formatting.
- Coordinate, design and draft tender submissions.
- Follow up quotes, expedite processes for efficiency.
- Writing reports, formal letters & proposals, proofreading and formatting documents.
- Administration duties supporting the team where needed.
You will have a proven background in working autonomously in a PA/Office coordinator/ marketing role and familiar with delivering projects with a strong emphasis on deadlines. As a natural problem solver, you will understand the importance of efficiency, highlighting important versus urgent tasks. Your attention to detail is critical, and you are constantly looking for ways to improve the business. With strong interpersonal skills to ensure a close working relationship with all related stakeholders (internal and external) to achieve the best end result for all.
