**The Opportunity**
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual with a keen eye for detail to join our QSR division as State Quality Manager with a primary focus on Food Safety and Compliance. Based in NSW and reporting to the Operations Manager, your primary goal will be to ensure our network of stores meet all health, safety and compliance requirements across NSW.
Reporting directly to our General Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- _Conducting_
- Investigations into operational non-conformances and customer complaints
- Regular and routine audits to a defined territory to ensure compliance to relevant standards
- Implementing processes to support quality and food safety activities
- Develop initiatives to support quality and process improvements
- Reporting on key quality and food safety KPIs
- _Supporting_
- The development of initiatives to reduce customer complaints
- Our network of stores by advocating for the accountability for quality and risk
- Our store by implementation of systems which assist with meeting brand and legislative requirements

**Experience & Competencies**
- 2 - 5 years’ experience in quality auditing and/or process roles
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven safety accountability
- Demonstrated experience in Operations, in a food retail environment
- Pizza based experience is highly desirable
- The ability to work evenings as a requirement of the business model
- Strong understanding of and experience with small business owners / franchisees
- Highly motivated with ability to problem solve and work autonomously
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with a sense of urgency
- Experience with Microsoft office suite including Teams platform
- Current valid driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, mobile phone and ability to travel (interstate or locally) as required
