As a Maintenance Supervisor at Fairmont Homes, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the
satisfaction of our clients long after their homes are handed over.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Liaising with clients post-handover to address any maintenance or warranty claims promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinating with contractors to schedule and oversee site visits for necessary repairs or maintenance tasks.
- Booking and managing contractors for rectification works, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Providing ongoing support to clients during the 90-day maintenance period and throughout the warranty period, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Utilising OnSite companion to update paperwork, document project progress, and share photos, ensuring accurate record-keeping and transparent communication.
- Assisiting on the tools when necesasry
