We are seeking a professional and experienced Facilities Supervisor to join our team, based at our Seven Hills office.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing support on the Group owned and leased properties, acting as the main point of contact for lessees occupying Grace properties, and for ensuring site compliance in relation to fire, electrical, and health and safety matters. The position is also responsible for design and oversight of the group facilities preventative maintenance program.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Director of Finance and Support Services, your duties will be but not limited to:

- Building out, and ongoing maintenance of the group property database.
- Ensuring data is accurate in relation site capacity and site capacity utilisation.
- Gather relevant site construction data and fire safety measures along with any site-specific restrictions.
- Maintaining an effective diary of all property related dates.
- Act as the first point of contact for all Grace sub-tenants.
- Explore national suppliers to service group property portfolio to improve cost and deliver consistency of outcome (e.g., cleaning, security, fire compliance etc.).
- Act as the main point of contact for any branch concerns around owned properties.
- Support any insurance related property inspections or requests for information.
- Oversee any group directed site compliance programs.
- Overseeing any group property projects as required.
- Building and deploying standard preventative maintenance programs.

**About You**
- Facilities management experience, ideal, but not required.
- Relevant WH&S experience.
- Ability to work effectively in an environment with competing priorities.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and strong negotiation skills.
- Customer focused outlook, but ability to be firm where necessary.
- Ability to work well under pressure, plan and organise workloads and to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principals.
