Our People Shared Services team have a brand new role for a People Improvement Projects Specialist on a full-time permanent basis.

You will be responsible for the efficient completion of allocated projects and cases, delivering quality outputs on organisation, positional and master data projects and cases that address identified risk and compliance requirements for Downer lines of business.

**About you**:

- Qualifications and/or relevant experience in Human Resources/IR/Payroll/Project Management
- Significant experience in determining legislative payroll requirements across a high volume of industrial instruments in Australia
- Knowledge of, and ideally experience in, Payroll; ideally SAP Payroll and Oracle HRMS - Express HR, including data analysis and reporting from those systems
- Experience in working effectively with different business stakeholders, ideally in an operations environment
- Basic proficiency in MS Word and Powerpoint/Publisher and advanced Excel proficiency will be highly regarded
- Previous experience working in a Shared Services environment will be highly regarded
- Experience in variety of projects will be highly regarded
- Experience in an environment featuring continuous improvement initiatives will be highly regarded.
