TerryWhite Chemmart provides high-quality, accessible and cost-effective community-based health care services and programs.

**The Position**:
TerryWhite Chemmart Kawana 1 is a successful, locally focused, community pharmacy, filling approximately 250 scripts per day with multiple Health service streams on offer. But we are more than just a place to fill scripts We have a thriving retail trade across beauty, fragrances, general healthcare, supplements and more. Big name brands, niche products, gift packs, you name it, our customers know they can get the right advice and what they need at Kawana 1.

**The Role**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

- Lean into Leadership: With continuous learning opportunities, that you can jump into to expand your skill set, as well as a Mentor Retail Manager; we will set you up to succeed within our proven retail model.
- Connect with our Customers: Provide expert advice and guidance to our customers across our retail lines. Your engagements will model the behaviour of your team, ensuring consistent, high levels of service.
- Grow Produce Knowledge: Develop your skills with access to our outstanding product learning portal, supplier presentations and our amazing annual Conference.
- Safety Champion: Uphold all TerryWhite Chemmart, and relevant policies and procedures, ensuring a secure environment for everyone.

**About You**:

- You are passionate about your community and what a community pharmacy can deliver and are looking to share your commitment and customer experience focus.

To be considered for this position, you must have experience leading a team in a target driven, retail environment, particularly in merchandising, catalogue compliance and exceptional customer service. While having previously worked in a pharmacy is an advantage, it is not a requirement for success in this role.
