We are looking for an Aboriginal Engagement Manager to join our Corporate UGL team. You will support all our projects across WA, focusing on the development, design and delivery of UGL initiatives for bids, projects and operations for Aboriginal engagement.

**About the role**
- Support in delivery of diversity programs while promoting a more inclusive work environment
- Identify and establish key contacts within local Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander communities
- Drive and report on required outcomes from the Reconciliation Action Plan
- Enhance UGL’s community participation activities including NAIDOC week
- Drive all corporate Aboriginal engagement activities in WA

- Demonstrated experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
- A genuine interest in diversity and inclusion
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent relationship building, problem solving and leadership skills
