**Brief Job responsibilities and duties**
- Greet and manage visitors and direct them to the right staff in person and over the telephone.
- Coordinate project and tender deliverables
- Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking
- Provide administrative support for operations and tendering team
- Create weekly reports for Sr. Management
**Qualifications and skills**
- Proven experience as an office adminsitrator oroffice assistant or relevant role will be an advantage.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles and or experience in Xero accounting software
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
- High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
