**What You Will Be Working On**

As a Campaign Coordinator, your role will harness a diverse set of marketing skills to drive the success of ABN Trade Mates, Home Assist, ABN Wholesale and other ABN Departments/initiatives. You will be a talented multidisciplinary marketer with flair for creativity. You will be experienced in proactively juggling multiple stakeholders, projects and priorities and have the ability to work autonomously.
- Create and execute targeted communication plans and campaigns for specific business objectives
- Craft and execute social and content strategies across key departments, harnessing trends and best practice
- Manage paid activities to generate quality leads and ensure optimal ROI
- Produce and edit video content for various platforms, from social media to EDM
- Create, maintain & optimise brochures, flyers, online creative & other online/offline collateral
- Enhance website and landing page performance for increased traffic and conversions
- Leverage technology platforms like Salesforce and Marketing Cloud for maximum impact
- Manage partnerships, sponsorships, and competitions to amplify brand presence
- Ensure brand guidelines and tone are consistent across businesses/initiatives
- Support the planning and execution of events, including attendance to create compelling content
- Manage reporting and analytics for key businesses/initiatives, uncovering insights for continued optimisation

**Who Will Be Successful**

To thrive in this role, you will need:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Journalism, or Public Relations and minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent stakeholder management, teamwork and engagement skills
- Self-motivation, energy, and a creative mindset
- Strong project management abilities, organisation & the ability to work autonomously
- Proficiency in scripting, producing, and editing videos
- Graphic design proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Social media production and management experience
- Proficiency with Marketing Cloud and experience in Paid Ads management
- Capability in managing a Content Management System for a website
