We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our team at RAC WA. As a key member of our Brand & Marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager (Motoring) in planning, developing, and executing marketing communications strategies for our Motoring products and services.

As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Marketing Manager across all motoring products to deliver marketing campaigns and communications activities that achieve our targets. This includes:

  • Collaborating with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing communications strategies for our Motoring products and services.
  • Supporting the launch of new products and services, as required, to ensure successful market penetration.
  • Coordinating the briefing, production, and distribution of marketing materials, including social media campaigns and direct and own channel content.
  • Ensuring high-quality, on-brand output that meets deadlines and budget constraints, while contributing to the achievement of sales and retention targets.
  • Maintaining and updating motoring content on our intranet and website to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key internal stakeholders, creative and media agency representatives, and other external partners.
  • Reporting on the success of marketing initiatives, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement and optimisation.

We are looking for a talented Marketing Campaign Specialist with:

  • Relevant experience in a Marketing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • End-to-end campaign management experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns.
  • A strong understanding of marketing theory and strategy, with a focus on driving business results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • A high level of organisation, attention to detail, and excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related discipline, although not essential.
