Reporting to the Store Manager & District Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing inventory management, coordinating staff schedules, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key player in the store's success, you will contribute to sales targets, drive customer loyalty, and uphold the brand's reputation.

**Skills and Experience**:

- **Leadership**: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve shared goals. Previous leadership experience is essential.
- **Customer Focus**: A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships.
