**_An exciting opportunity to join a highly successful global leader in the automotive parts sector._**

Based in Melbourne's south eastern suburbs, our client is a
**_long established global business_** with a rich history of success both locally and internationally in the supply of a range of automotive parts to their developed customer base.

We are seeking a
**_commercially astute and agile leader_** to join their organisation, overseeing Product Development & Marketing strategies, and drive improvements and opportunities across the business.

In this diverse role you will be accountable for working with your
**_product development and marketing team_** to lead, develop and deliver business goals and objectives.

Working with key auto parts programs you will understand
**_product life cycle management_** and focus on
**_ increasing market share_**. With an established and growing team you will lead, engage and grow your team, and work in a business that is developing and transforming.

Above all, we are seeking an
**_engaged & professional leader _**who is well equipped to manage existing teams, ideas and strategies and, of course, drive and develop new opportunities, processes and strategies to achieve growth.
