**Accounts Assistant/Administrator - Immediate Start**
We are a well-established and dynamic business in the Automation Industry, providing engineering solutions for over 24 years.
**Reporting to Accounts Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:
- Accounts Payable, Bank Entries/Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Receivable, Timesheet Management, Payroll, Procurement and other miscellaneous Accounts duties. (MYOB and SAP B1)
- General administration/office tasks
- Assisting with ad hoc tasks when required
**Your skills, attributes and abilities include**:
- Outstanding organisation and time management skills
- Excellent communicator - verbal and written
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude and able to work in a team environment
- A strong understanding of customer service
- High level of attention to detail with a passion for completing quality work to the right standard every time
- High capacity for multitasking
- Strong computer literacy skills (Microsoft Office, EXCEL)
- Experience using accounting software (MYOB, Xero, SAP Business one) is preferable
- 1+ years Basic Accounting / Bookkeeping experience is preferable
- Diploma/Certificate/TAFE qualifications in bookkeeping/accounting or other related business administration or equivalent business experience is advantageous.
The successful applicant will be offered a competitive salary with superannuation, training, support and ongoing learning in this role. The office is very flexible, casual professional attire is the dress code, and it's close to public transport.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
