Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic crew members to join the Customer experience team at our McDonald’s. We have a variety of CASUAL & PART TIME positions available.

We are looking for someone to work every thursday-sunday over lunch & afternoon to maintain the dining room and interact with customers.

We are a 24 hour business which means we can offer flexibility to suit your availabilities. Days and hours may change and vary to meet the needs of the restaurant. This position falls under the Fast Food Award.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service
  • Maintaining a clean work environment
  • Attending to customer requests and queries
  • Working within a team to deliver the best quality, fastest experience for our customers
  • Helping customers learn to use the self-serve registers
  • Maintaining the dining room and customer restrooms

Qualifications

No experience required, but previous work dealing with customer interactions is desirable
