About you
The ideal applicant will demonstrate capability in the following requirements:

- Demonstrated experience in conducting high quality investigations relevant to corruption investigations (eg corrupt conduct, abuse of office, procurement, conflict to interests, recruitment, gifts and benefits, reprisal, fraud, secret commissions).
- Highly developed interpersonal and oral communication skills including ability to negotiate effectively, conduct investigative interviews, confidently convey ideas and information to a range of audiences, and operate as an effective team member and individually.
- High level of written communication skills and can prepare written material using clear and concise language (including ability to prepare investigation reports, briefs of evidence, correspondence, briefings to the Executive Leadership Team and Commission).
- Knowledge of, or ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of, the Crime and Corruption Act 2001 and other relevant legislation and the Commission's policies and procedures.
- Proven ability to lead, supervise and manage teams.
