- Our client is a trusted leader in safety and risk management solutions. They are dedicated to helping organisations create safer work environments and mitigate potential risks. Their team of experts is passionate about safeguarding businesses and their employees. We are looking for an Associate Consultant to join our client’s team.- As an Associate Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their safety and risk management needs. You will work closely with a team of experienced consultants and engage directly with our clients to provide them with expert guidance and support. Your responsibilities will include:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Client Support**: Assist clients in implementing safety and risk management strategies, providing them with timely, accurate, and professional assistance to enhance workplace safety.
- ** Risk Assessment**: Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and recommend solutions to mitigate risks effectively.
- ** Policy Analysis**: Review and analyse clients' safety and risk management policies to ensure they align with best practices and compliance requirements.
- ** Data Analysis**: Utilise data and analytics to provide insights to clients, helping them make informed decisions regarding safety improvements.
- ** Regulatory Compliance**: Stay updated on safety and regulatory standards, ensuring clients remain in compliance and avoid potential penalties.
- ** Client Education**: Educate clients about safety best practices and help them develop safety training programs to create a safer work environment.

**Qualifications**:
- Diploma qualification or Certificate in a relevant field (e.g., Work Health & Safety, Risk Management ect)
- At least 1 year of professional working experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Academic report writing skills
- Knowledge of safety and risk management is a plus, but not required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the changing safety and risk management landscape.
