**Providing Effortless Comfortable at DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Waterfront**

***Responsibilities**:

- Identify new contacts, develop sales leads, and respond to sales opportunities
- Effective advice on products and services knowledge
- Meeting revenue targets
- Assist in group forecast, materialisation reports, loyalty program, sales strategy, and group bookings management
- High standard customer service and personal presentation
- Maintenance of system and procedures
- Workplace health and safety duties

- Committed to high-standard of service and driven to succeed in hospitality industry
- Knowledge of hotel property management systems
- Previous experience in reservations/sales/hotels
- Positive attitude, resilient, and effective communication
- Confident telephone manner and tech-saavy
- Strong organisation/administration skills
- Excellent grooming standards
