You’ll need to point your bonnet an hour and half south of Sydney to find Ingenia Holidays Shoalhaven Heads, tucked away on the New South Wales South Coast.

Fill your days exploring the coastal charm of this community, fishing Shoalhaven River, beach-combing Seven Mile Beach (just one kilometre away) or visiting the eight different local wineries all found within a cork’s pop of the holiday park.

**About the Role**

We are looking for a casual Grounds and Maintenance Officer to attend to repairs and maintenance issues and maintain the appearance of the site. Working unsupervised, you will be highly motivated and capable of providing a high level of customer service. This role is approximately 20 hours per week, with more hours to be picked up during peak periods. Weekend availability is essential.

**Responsibilities**
- Administer all repairs and or maintenance to tools, equipment and machinery
- Regularly check and attend to general repairs to accommodation and amenities; including fixing toilets and unhinged doors
- Ensuring the sites are maintained and presented at a high standard at all times
- Garden labour such as pruning, weeding, hedging and mowing are to be completed in a timely manner and of a high quality condition
- Ensure the proper and safe use and storage of all materials, consumables and gardening equipment
- Stripping of beds & removal of all linen from Villas as well as cleaning and maintaining exterior of Villa windows, decking, pathways etc.
- Other tasks including emptying rubbish bins, and garden restoration

**About You**
- Previous experience working as a handyman or in a maintenance position
- Driver's Licence
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Great customer service skills teamed with a positive attitude and a strong attention to detail
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster
