The Role:

This is a casual Facilities Maintenance Associate position at Reflections Holidays, Ferry Reserve.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our facilities, including amenity blocks, camp kitchens, and grounds. Your tasks will include cleaning, general maintenance, and minor repairs, as well as waste removal and operating small plant and hand-operated equipment.

You will also assist with regular cleaning and maintenance of Park vehicles, direct visitors within the Park, and participate in ongoing internal and external training and development courses.

About You:

  • You will have experience in customer service, outdoor cleaning and maintenance, gardening, and using outdoor equipment and machinery.
  • You will be able to safely use and store cleaning equipment and chemicals, follow Work Health and Safety regulations, and comply with Material Safety Data Sheets.
  • You will work independently and productively, demonstrating a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Requirements:

  • Absence of any relevant qualifications can be supplemented by relevant skills or experience.
  • Customer Service Skills - Essential
  • Cleaner Certificate - Advantageous (but not required)
  • Holding an ABN (or registering one if applicable) is beneficial

Salary Range:

$50-$65 per hour, depending on experience, plus superannuation.
