**What you'll be doing**

To develop strong and effective working relationships with colleagues and provide information to clients and carers as required. Responsible for providing administrative support to a multidisciplinary team.
Responsible for covering core functions / duties including accurate data-entry using MERIT, iPM, and eMR and other patient databases, stock supplies switchboard or telephony duties. This position provides the above service to the ISLHD Drug and Alcohol Service.

Selection Criteria
- Relevant qualifications in Administration and clerical experience and knowledge, including reception experience.
- Demonstrated effective customer service skills.
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise, co-ordinate and time manage daily tasks in a busy and demanding environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of confidentiality and privacy including ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Current NSW Drivers Licence, with the ability to travel in accordance with position responsibilities.
