An exciting opportunity for an **Administration Officer Level 3** exists to join the **Aged Care Outreach Service** at **Wollongong Hospital**.

**What you'll be doing**
The Administration officer is expected to provide timely and accurate administrative/ transactional services for members of the health care team in the Aged Care Outreach Service under the direction of the Nurse Unit Manager. The Administration officer works under broad supervision however is required to take some independent action.
**Selection Criteria**
- Ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks in a demanding workload and experience in responding to a range of enquiries.
- High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing a quality service and quality improvement initiatives in workplace practices and procedure.
- Demonstrated experience in the purchasing of clinical supplies and equipment.
