**Our Client**:
Our Client offers a different approach to property services. They are passionate about doing things differently. Focusing on what their clients want and then helping them to achieve their goals. Not only for their customers but for their team members too.

**Your primary responsibilities will be to**:

- Manage all front desk duties, meet and greet clients and visitors
- Provide all necessary administrative support in the listing and selling process
- Manage all property marketing (CampaignTrack experience highly desirable)
- Book all artwork and publications
- Provide administrative support as required
- Create and format documents and presentations
- Prepare open home packs
- Manage all data into the CRM, (Agentbox)

**You**:

- Real Estate experience is highly desirable; however, we are willing to train you
- Certificate of Registration required, or willing to achieve
- Have strong administration skills with high attention to detail
- Are highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Have strong customer service skills and a positive “can do” attitude
- Possess clear communication skills and present professionally
- Are enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva and quick to pick up new systems
- Proactive and love showing initiative
