**A little bit about the company**:
An established and well-regarded sales Director who sells 70 + properties per year is ready to expand his team and hire a savvy Executive Assistant to take charge managing him and his team of Associate Agents. This Director has been listing and selling residential homes and apartments across the North Shore area for over 10 years and has established some incredible sales records in that time. This opportunity presents as the ultimate opportunity to work in a fast paced environment under an incredibly ambitious Director in the hottest market in Sydney.

**What will you be doing in this role**:
Working one on one with the Director you will be his right arm to help manage his clients and the business day to day. This role will see you get exposure to the back end of how a business operates through to getting a property ready to go to market and guiding your clients on their selling journey. A rewarding role with plenty of variety and long-term career growth opportunities.
- Book all marketing and manage approvals with Vendors
- Coordinate styling and property renovations
- Manage sales file compliance from list to settlement
- Coordinate auctioneers, open times and packs
- Manage exchange and settlement paperwork
- Order and distribute client gifts
- Manage agent marketing and sponsorship opportunities
- Prepare for and attend team meetings
- Keep associate agent accountable with KPI’s
- Prepare vendor reports and CRM updates
- Assist the Director with ad hoc business management tasks
- 5 years real estate experience managing a sales agent
- Strong knowledge of the sales process
- Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Current Certificate of Registration
- A valid drivers licence and reliable car
