**Job Description**:
Audience360 is Australia’s leading provider in exclusive branded audiences derived from Australia’s most trusted brands. Our audiences are 100% transparent, displaying true intent behaviors with the ability to scale across all channels.
Forming exclusive data partnerships with major Australian publishers including Carsales and Webjet Audience360 is able to offer advertisers unique and targeted opportunities to reach the most relevant consumers.
- The salary range for the role is between $140,000 - $160,000 including superannuation._
The Programmatic Lead is the core leader of the A360 and CarsalesXT Trading Team that programmatically delivers and optimises client campaigns against Audience360’s first-party audiences across all channels and environments. Reporting into the Head of Customer Success this role plays a key function within the Customer Success Centre of Excellence.
Working closely with the Head of Customer Success and other key leaders within the Centre of Excellence to set trading and customer strategy.
Day to day management of the team incl:
- Assignment of workload
- Upskilling and development planning for team members
- Go to in addressing campaign queries
- Involved in internal campaign management WIPs with Client Service teams
- Work with sales to ensure processes in place between functions
- Review campaigns and monitor COS
- Overviewing the delivering and executing of digital campaigns for clients by the trading team
- Will be required to buy media across social channels along with programmatically trading display, video, mobile and other/new channels available using proprietary platforms & 1st party data
- Creating optimisation strategies across our campaigns to achieve and surpass client KPIs including performance, delivery and margin
- Liaising with technology vendors/suppliers as needed
- Preparing campaign performance and analytics reports in a timely and accurate manner
- Evaluating data performance and recommending improvements in order to achieve optimal performance
**Qualifications**:
**What we're looking for**
- Digital Media Buying experience with a recommended 5+ years’ experience within buy side platforms for both social and digital media.
- Team management experience required
- Ideally have experience or familiarity with Data Management Platforms and/or use cases of first party data
- Solid analytical skills
- Excel, data visualisation and interpretation skills
- Can easily manage multiple activities simultaneously while managing potentially conflicting priorities and stakeholder needs
- An understanding of the Australian media and advertising agency landscape
- Experience working with internal and external customers
- Delivers results and has a clear understanding of the commercial impact of their efforts
