We are searching for enthusiastic and motivated Law Graduates to join the Industrial Relations team within the Workplace Relations Branch. As the Workplace Relations Advisor, you will be given primary responsibility for the research, development and provision of industrial advice, utilising your legal expertise to support a wide range of employment and industrial matters.

**About the role**
The Workplace Relations Advisor will be involved in a variety of industrial relations projects involving Awards, Industrial Agreements, legislation and policy. You will be given opportunities in advocacy before the NSW Industrial Relations Commission and other tribunals.

This is a unique opportunity which will provide you with the necessary skills and experience to develop and build your professional network. You will be directly involved in change and reform projects, collaborating with a number of stakeholders spanning across the Ministry of Health, public health organisations and related government agencies to implement Government initiatives.

**Clerk Grade 5/6, **salary from $89,707 - $98,982 p.a. plus superannuation and annual leave loading

**Essential requirements**
Recent tertiary qualifications in industrial relations, employment relations, Law or a related discipline awarded in the last 5 years; or equivalent experience
