If sowe are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic manager to bring their leadership and expertise to lead the Asia Pacific Travel Operations and Service Delivery function of the Travel and Events program. The role is responsible for leading the APAC team including agency operations, service delivery, and customer care support functions, internal support team training and standard operating procedures.

The Manager of APAC Travel Operations will work with the Sr. Manager, Global Travel Operations to support the development of the strategy and roadmap for the regional corporate travel program. The Travel Operations Manager will ensure the regional operations align and deliver in support of the global program goals and structure, including policies, procedures and processes with a focus on customer service, risk management and cost reduction. The Travel Operations Manager will provide insight for the enterprise with overall responsibility for implementing the strategy, business planning, operations and management functions for the regional team, in alignment with key initiatives to the broader corporate travel and events strategy and vision. Oversees partnerships with internal stakeholders and 3rd party operational teams to drive program goals and key projects and initiatives. Deploys appropriate SLAs, KPIs and data-driven insights to support service delivery, cost avoidance and process improvements.

- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams
- Previous travel agency operations or account management experience
- Proven ability to interact with C-Level management
- Experience delivering a program to support multiple functions, evaluating existing systems and processes in order to improve and grow them to support the business
- Previous experience with remote or virtual team members and direct reports
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience in strategic business discussions that require the ability to form a strong point of view
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with other business, product and tech teams and ability to lead through influence
- Innovative, hands-on, results-oriented mentality, great use of process improvements and ability to meet tight deadlines
