As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.
An opportunity has arisen for a confident, outgoing, customer focused individual to join our friendly Corporate Services team as a Receptionist/Travel Coordinator in our growing Adelaide office.
- Be the face of Hatch on Reception
- Organising travel bookings and mobilisation requirements for projects
- Coordinate all bookings with external travel provider and ensure timely turnaround of all bookings are accurately completed
- Greet visitors and provide building inductions
- Receive and sort incoming mail and couriers.
- Ordering of various stock and supplies
- Quality administration and facilities services to clients and staff.
- Servicing document archiving request
- Establish and manage working relationships with clients, team members and managers to ensure delivery of high quality of services
- Other ad-hoc office requirements
**You bring to the role**:
As the Receptionist/Travel Coordinator, you will have demonstrated experience with corporate travel booking, computer skills with strong ability with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). You will have a passion for helping people, along with well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to relate to others. In addition, you will have strong organisation skills, attention to detail and ability to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously.
