**Key Responsibilities**:
Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept:

- Embody a visual security powerhouse, lending your watchful eye to client assets.
- Provide patrons with a great shopping experience - observing and reporting, ensuring personal safety is paramount
- Master the art of defusing tensions and keeping the vibe positive in the face of anti-social behaviour.
- Keep the records straight with incident reports and paperwork wizardry.
- Dive into investigations with passion, ensuring every detail is uncovered and reported.
- Shine with your top-notch customer service skills, treating clients and customers with fairness and respect.
- Stay cool under pressure and lead by example in implementing emergency procedures.
- Utilise your tech savvy with ease, navigating computer systems and communication tools like a pro.

**Qualification**:
What You Bring to the Table:

- A current Security Licence and Cert II in Security Operations, because you're ready to rock the security scene.
- First Aid Certificate? Check Your safety skills are top-notch.
- Full working rights in Australia
- Retail experience? Even better You know the ins and outs of the retail world.
- With a burning passion for excellence, you thrive in the fast-paced, demanding environment of retail security, where every moment is an opportunity to shine.
- Communication skills that shine both in writing and in conversation.
- Flexibility is your middle name, with wide availability, including days, evenings, nights and weekends.
