Barwon Asset Solutions seeks a Project Supervisor (Electrical) to join its project delivery team.

You’ll be overseeing projects of a diverse nature, including infrastructure supporting water, sewerage, recycled water and renewable energy networks. This is an opportunity to develop a career pathway into Project Management.

We are looking for a forward-thinking Project Supervisor (Electrical) to plan electrical works, lead crews, who can support and bring leadership to deliver projects and provide technical advice.

You’ll supervise electrical works on-site to ensure they are delivered safely, timely, cost effective and to a high quality standard.

BAS Projects are delivered for multiple clients across Victoria, including Barwon Waters minor capital works program, using delivery models involving our own trades people and subcontractors.

**About you**:
***The Project Supervisor (Electrical) is a leader, who inspires others by setting a high personal standard, who builds trust and credibility through your engaging style. You will combine an electrical qualification with practical hands on experience.

As a natural problem solver, you are comfortable taking decisive action utilising excellent communication skills and the ability to form strong relationships with stakeholders. Ultimately, you’re highly technical and have a commercial mindset.

Safety focused, motivated, you work according to safe operating procedures whilst proactively identifying problems and developing innovative solutions, with a real drive for continuous improvement.

As a large component of this field-based role requires a vehicle to travel within the Barwon Water facilities, a current Victorian driver’s licence will be required. A pre-employment medical, including health, drug and alcohol assessment is required for this position and part of our selection process.
