The Mobilisation Coordinator position is required to support the readiness of CR personnel for major Projects and Turnarounds. The Mobilisation Coordinator’s key responsibility is to ensure CR personnel are “site ready” and are mobilised in compliance to CR and client policies and procedures.

This role works closely with both the Workforce Planning Team, the Project Managers and Supervisors, CR Technician workforce and client support departments.

**Role Accountabilities include**:

- Receive the populated crew list from the Workforce Planning team (WFP)
- Work closely with WFP to understand any changes to the crew lists made by the WFP team
- Enter payroll hours for a small group of Rostered technicians.
- Prepare a Project specific Training Matrix based on advice from the Project Manager and client on required skills and competencies. Track progress and compliance
- Liaise with the Training Department to upskill any personnel who are not compliant and ensure VOCs are valid.
- Ensure all client training and inductions is undertaken.
- Ensure site specific medicals are completed and/or liaise with HR to rebook personnel as required
- Track confirmation of attendance at medicals by CR employees
- Establish roles and responsibilities with the WFP team to ensure mobilization form Point of Hire to site are known.
- Establish a mobilization plan to track movements to and from site
- Communicate with personnel where site specific testing is required (example D&A tests, COVID tests, etc.)
- Make bookings with the client and the CR third party travel provider as required to mobilize personnel
- Issue itineraries to personnel mobilizing to site
- Maintain clear communication of travel arrangements and immediate onsite requirements are communicated to CR employees to ensure efficient mobilization and demobilization
- Update EBS as changes to resourcing occur on the Project
- Hold proactive approach towards all company health and safety requirements and leading HSE initiatives in the facility.
- Adhere to, support, and promote safety and quality procedures and initiatives

**To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following**:

- Experience in the Industrial Services sector
- Exposure to the Industrial Services and Oil and Gas Industries would be beneficial
- Must have a current QLD C Class drivers’ license.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisation and coordination skills
