Contract Resources, established in 1989, is a rapidly growing global organisation which provides specialised Industrial and Mechanical services to Refineries, Petrochemical and Industrial Plants and has offices in Australia, New Zealand, and the Middle East. Our services include, Catalyst Handling and Mechanical Services, Tank and Environmental Services, Industrial Coatings, Pipeline Services and Chemical decontamination.

Contract Resources continues to grow & set new standards and as a result we are currently looking for two highly motivated QA QC Coordinators to work at our Client’s facility located in Geelong, Victoria on a Full-time Casual basis.

**Role Accountabilities include**:

- Reading & Interpreting P&ID, ISO, GA drawings, plot plans to interpret scopes of work, location, orientation of equipment.
- Create emergent work packs as required when work orders are raised in SAP
- Maintain/update Work pack tracker excel spreadsheet for Turnaround & Inspection (T&I) duration
- Report instances of non-conformance; assist with identifying corrective and preventative actions or
- Ensure critical business needs of key stakeholders are met in a timely manner
- Identify defective works, non-conforming work practices to help improve processes.
- Drop off / pick up work packs from BRM’s multiple times daily for T&I duration
- Perform QA field walkdowns for work pack completion for T&I duration
- Assist Supervisors with any queries relating to work pack clarification of scopes (drawing/photos/equipment/locations and materials)
- Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the T&I (Coordinators, Operations, Supervisors, E&I, Mech fitters, HSE department) to monitor that work is getting completed in the field and work packs are closed out in a prompt manner
- Receive the auditor’s reports and non-conformances, correcting any deficiencies and advise all Stake Holders.
- Act as a liaison with external ISO auditors.

**To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following**:

- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar multi discipline QA/QC Coordinator role within the oil and gas industries
- Experience with ISO standards
- Experience reading and interpreting P&ID, ISO, GA drawings.
- Welding Inspector qualifications would be highly regarded
- Self-motivated, team driven with a desire to add value to the discipline
- Personable with strong relationship management skills
- Flexible and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Strong communication (written and verbal) capability
- Have a high level of analytical and computing skills
- A current Drivers licence
