**Who are we looking for?**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic receptionist to be the face and voice of our busy reception area at our corporate Head Office. Our reception service answers incoming calls for our main business number covering a broad range of public enquiries.

**What can you expect to be doing?**:

- Provide friendly, sensitive and appropriate advice on the organisations available services and maintain customer confidentiality at all times.
- Develop and maintain office systems for effective administration of the site.
- Assist with maintaining employee records and contribute to other admin tasks and projects.
- Manage the ordering of Western Hub stationery, supplies and perishables.
- Liaise with facilities, cleaners and other contractors to ensure maintenance of our site.
- Assist in the evaluation of hazards and immediately report any accidents or near misses.

**What do you need to bring?**:

- Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience in answering calls, reception and administration
- Experience ordering supplies and liaising with suppliers
- Proven ability to work as a positive team member
- Excellent organisational skills and a 'can-do' approach
- A warm and engaging communication style, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Reliability and punctuality
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite
