MAYDAY Recruitment is currently seeking for an experienced
**Injury Management Team Administrator** to join a global organization in logistics and supply chain management in Australia.
You will be responsible in providing administrative assistance to the Injury Management Team, to ensure the team operates efficiently and effectively towards achieving its goals. You will also be generating regular reports that help monitor and manage team performance.

**Main responsibilities include**:
- Provide administrative support to the Injury Management Team, including managing the Solv system to calculate compensation benefits, reconciling insurer payments against claims, and preparing monthly reports for Finance Managers
- Coordinating with the pay office to ensure timely benefit payments
- Calculate compensation adjustments for each pay cycle
- Verifying the accuracy of third-party document requests and preparing them for submission
- Communicate critical case management information to key stakeholders
- Assist with the preparation of employment documentation requests for litigated matters
- Develop system tools to improve the Injury Management Team's efficiency
- 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Workers' Compensation claims environment
- Knowledge of Workers' Compensation legislation and regulations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service focus
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Intermediate computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Commitment to continuously improve the organizations customer service
