Our newly established Major Projects division within our Corporate Services division is seeking to appoint an experienced **Implementation Lead** to drive and support changes to systems, organisational establishment, and service arrangements resulting from changes to NSW Government administrative arrangements, known as Machinery of Government.

This role will project manage the smooth transition of functions into and out of DPE by planning and managing transition cut over and post implementation support. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery dates are coordinated and feasible is a critical to success sin this role.

You will also work closely with the Change team to deliver clear, consistent, complete and targeted communications and knowledge transfer where transitions require a change to process and/or system usage

**About You**

You will have extensive demonstrated experience in similar role with a large multi-faceted organisation. The key to success in this role will be your ability to build effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. It is essential that you also have:

- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage negotiations with various stakeholders
- The ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines
