**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**:
You will be responsible for the provision of administrative and support services to facilitate the delivery of business operations to agreed standards.
- Provision of administrative and support services to facilitate the delivery of business operations to agreed standards.
- Coordination, management, and tracking of program planning, documentation, and implementation to support the delivery of projects and events.
- Both the abovementioned aspects are to be delivered in line with established objectives as part of the Systems and Projects Team within the department.
- You will be required to maintain adequate support to the team with onboarding and training new as well as ongoing systems support in the area of telephony and ChildStory database.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- 5+ years of experience is essential.
- SAP and TRIM system experience are highly desirable.
