**Role Overview**:
As the Digital Advertising Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, ensuring seamless execution and outstanding content creation. Your responsibilities will include:

- Hosting weekly meetings with stakeholders to review and enhance content marketing strategies.
- Analysing marketing reports, offering valuable insights, and providing recommendations to stakeholders.
- Developing Company IP and documentation for learning resources.
- Overseeing client onboarding through engaging presentations and efficient administrative processes.
- Providing advice on marketing optimisations to drive impactful results.
- Assisting in the execution of paid digital campaigns and managing related administrative tasks.
- Showcasing your photography and design skills, as well as videography and editing talents.
- Crafting compelling content for clients that resonates with their target audience.
- Excelling in account management and leading teams to success.
- Demonstrating proficiency in social media management and branding strategies.
- Building captivating landing pages to enhance user experiences.
- Curate and manage content across various client social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google), tailoring it to each platform.
- Create visually compelling multimedia content and collaborate with external resources for top-notch delivery.
- Craft engaging social copy aligning with the client's brand and targeting specific audiences.
- Manage end-to-end social media components, ensuring brand consistency, meeting KPIs, and strict timelines.
- Host weekly stakeholder meetings to enhance content marketing strategies.
- Analyse marketing reports, offering insights and recommendations.
- Develop Company IP and learning resources.
- Build captivating landing pages for enhanced user experiences.
- Collaborate with the creative pod and account manager for seamless client campaign execution.
- Utilize advanced scheduling tools like Facebook Creator Studio for optimal audience engagement.
- Design and implement monthly tailored social media schedules meeting client objectives.
- Monitor and analyse social media performance using sophisticated tools, adjusting strategies based on data.
- Manage social media budgets, deliver comprehensive ROI reports to stakeholders.
- Innovate and implement cutting-edge social media approaches to amplify brand reach.
- Foster meaningful connections with followers, proactively responding to inquiries and nurturing discussions.

**Key Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in creative or marketing fields.
- Proven expertise in a B2B service-based environment.

**Experience with Software**:

- Zappier
- Lead Pages or similar platforms
- Meta advertising platform
- Google advertising platform
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Google Sheets
- Comfortable working behind a camera for multimedia tasks.

**Salary**:
