Heidelberg Materials are currently recruiting for a Quarry Supervisor to join the team at Central Coast Sands Quarry in Somersby, located around 20 minutes outside of Gosford in the NSW Central Coast.

Reporting to the Quarry Manager, this full-time role will be multi-faceted, responsible for supervising quarry operations with a focus on production enhancement and improvement.

In your new role, you will be:
- Supervising the day-to-day production operations and making decisions that impact the overall performance of the business- Managing people while bringing your team along the journey to successfully achieve goals- Bringing a strong safety mindset and manage high risk activities and reduce risk exposure for self and others

This role is a great fit for you, if you:
- Have coached and developed your team with a focus on production enhancement and improvement- Supervisory experience in the aggregates industry will be highly regarded- Hold a Diploma in Surface Operations Management will be advantageous- Are results focused, self-motivated and have a total commitment to risk management and Zero Harm- Have a passion for delivering remarkable customer service and great results- Are a team player who can multi-task and make quick effective decisions under pressure- A positive presence in building strong and effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders- Are a natural problem solver and enjoy planning
