Central Coast Council Child Care Centres: A Place to Make a Difference
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educators to join our team of professionals who share our passion for providing high-quality education and care to children.
About the Role
- As a Casual Educator, you will be an essential part of our learning community, contributing to the implementation of customized educational programs in line with the EYLF learning outcomes and individual needs and interests of children.
- You will work closely with our experienced team to develop and deliver engaging activities that foster children's growth and development.
- With flexibility in your schedule, you will have the opportunity to work at various Child Care Centres across the Central Coast, interacting with staff, children, and families to build effective relationships.
What We're Looking For
- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care combined with ongoing professional development;
- A current Working with Children Check;
- Previous experience working in a long day care centre caring for children between six weeks and five years old;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
- Ability to build strong relationships with staff, children, parents, and other stakeholders;
- Flexibility with working hours within core Centre operating times due to legislative staffing ratios.
