**What this opportunity involves**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Workplace Lead to join our team aiding in the management of all aspects of the workplace including hard and soft services, compliance and risk including HSSE. You will provide leadership to the portfolio FM team whilst driving the comprehensive delivery of facilities management services, including engagement with stakeholders across all levels of the business to ensure that service delivery & relationship expectations are met without introducing financial or operational risk. In addition, you will lead support to sustainability delivery, control, and coordination of works in relation to site operations

A snapshot of the role;
Review and enhance operational procedures and performance measures to ensure simplification and accuracy of work methods, reliability of systems and consistency across the hub
Ensure compliance with JLL and client Health, Safety, Environment and Risk Management policies and procedures
Manage multiple project teams as required made up of internal staff, contractors and external vendors and managed service partners in project initiation, planning, procurement, delivery and closing

Note this position will be on call after hours for emergency response and building maintenance issues.
